Swimming Pool
The Chancellor West community pool is the perfect place to cool off on a hot summer day. The kids will love splashing with their friends and the adults can find a lounge chair to soak up some sun. The community pool features tables with umbrellas, a pavilion, restrooms, and changing areas.
The pool is conveniently located next to the tennis courts and the playground. Serving as the community gathering spot in the summer, watch our calendar for seasonal events.
Tennis Courts
Two tennis/pickleball courts are open daily. Play in the morning or under the lights each evening until 10 pm. Tennis courts are available to all Chancellor West residents.
Lake
Chancellor West residents will enjoy warm Spring days and crisp Fall afternoons walking to the lake. Bring a fishing pole, take in the natural scenery and relax.
